Each month, I host and moderate the IT Service Coach's Huddle™ for anyone in pursuit of excellence in service delivery through the use of metrics-driven process and performance. It's a closed group of like-minded people running small IT service provider businesses just like yours.

About Me: Your Host Moderator and Coach

I have over 35 years of business, management, and training experience in the computer and electronics industries. I have owned several successful businesses, managed several successful IT and MSP service companies, and coached, mentored, or trained many more businesses all over the world.

I am the author of the book Getting To The Next Level: A Blueprint for Taking You and Your Business to the Top. I’m also the co-author of The Network Migration Workbook, an expansive 600-page document covering the complete processes and checklists required to migrate your network with zero downtime.

I hold degrees in Electrical Engineering and Automated Manufacturing. I completed my first Microsoft Windows Certified Training in 1993 (Microsoft Windows NT Advanced Server), and held a variety of Microsoft certifications for more than 20 years, including Small Business Specialist.
